Eli Hubbell is the principal at Grayhawk Elementary School and does his best to ensure that everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed, safe, supported, and cared for. He is committed to helping every student and staff member reach their fullest potential and be the best they can be.

Before serving as principal at Grayhawk, Mr. Hubbell worked in Paradise Valley at Pinnacle Peak Preparatory School, where he helped to open the middle school program and taught English, Social Studies, and a variety of electives. 

Prior to his time in Paradise, he taught in the Chicago Public School district in Illinois, where he worked with students in multiple grade levels from kindergarten through eighth grade and coached multiple sports teams.

Mr. Hubbell received his bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and completed his master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University.
